Statement of Faith

I Believe . . .

• There is only one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—an eternal unity of the three persons.

• Christ is the Eternal Son of God, through whom all things were created and the character of God is revealed. Christ offered Himself a living sacrifice, died as our substitute on the cross, was resurrected and ascended to heaven where He is interceding for us. He will come a second time for His people.

• The Holy Spirit, in harmony with the Scriptures, leads to all truth.

• The Bible, as the divinely inspired Word of God, reveals God's will, sets standards for character, acts as the test of experience, reveals the true doctrine, and records God's acts in history.

• The law of God is an expression of His Will. We are justified by faith, but obedience to the law demonstrates our love for the Lord and our concern for our fellow human beings.

• The wages of sin is death, but eternal life is a gift of God. At the Second Coming the righteous will be resurrected and, together with the living righteous, will be caught up to meet the Lord. Until the resurrection, the dead are in a state of total unconsciousness. The wicked will be destroyed and sin will arise no more.

• The second coming of Christ will be literal, personal, and world-wide.

• The Papal System is the Beast and the Little Horn power of prophecy.

• The United States is the lamb-like beast that speaks like a dragon.

• The Mark of the Beast WILL BE Sunday Worship imposed by the Roman Catholic Church.

• The King James Version of the Bible (despite its  minor imperfections) is the most reliable.

• Speaking in tongues is not sufficient evidence of the Holy Spirit. The acid test of having the Holy Spirit would be a life in harmony with all of God's revealed will. This includes displaying the fruit of the Spirit in your life.

• That God's grace is sufficient enough to keep me from sinning.

• If you are "saved", you can subsequently choose to be lost. Your name can be removed from the Lamb's Book of Life.

• People who go into the lake of fire with Satan and his angels will not burn eternally but will be completely consumed by that fire.

• That every eye shall see Christ in His second coming and that the rapture will not be performed in secret.

• At present, all of God's true children are scattered throughout the many Christian denominations. When the Mark of the Beast is enforced by law, they will come out of their denominations (Babylon), have the faith of Jesus and keep all of God's commandments.
• Church membership is no guarantee that you will be saved.

• In the end, not many will be saved.
