Evidence-based Health Bulletin: Promoting Your Health
The following links consist of the research-based newsletters created by Michael John Nisbett. As a research nurse he originally created these documents to be distributed by his hospital but they refused to have them published under their name because of the controversy they caused. Therefore, they will reach an even broader distribution by being placed on the internet and distributed by private donors.
Brother Nisbett has studied extensively how to use natural products to promote optimum health. It is nothing like the courses taken by your standard dietician and is much broader in scope. Therefore, if you have any questions about the content of the newsletters or a health concern, please do not hesitate to contact him by clicking on the envelope at the top of every page.
